Sean and Elly assist individuals and their families with end-of-life planning. From Powers of Attorney to Advanced Health Care Directives to Wills and Trusts, we advise clients about solutions that are tailored to meet their needs. We also represent individuals acting as Personal Representatives for an estate and in contested Probate Court matters, including Guardianships and Conservatorships.

Both Sean and Elly have represented individuals who have been subjected to discrimination in employment, education, housing, and public accommodation in dozens of cases before the Maine Human Rights Commission and in numerous cases in both state and federal court. They help clients negotiate with employers regarding reasonable accommodation and medical leave issues, and represent employees looking to challenge wrongful employment terminations.
